City Year Greater Boston

City Year Greater Boston has selected Monica Roberts to be its new Executive Director.

Monica Roberts currently serves as the Chief of Student, Family and Community Advancement for Boston Public Schools. Throughout her tenure in the district, she has spearheaded family and community engagement efforts, expanded community-based partnerships, and sought to bring educational equity to Boston. She has led non-profit organizations and served on various boards including the Boston Higher Education Resource Center Board of Directors.

Monica Roberts is a BPS alumna and earned a BA from Brandeis University and an MA and MBA from Boston College.
