Natalie started her career at Isaacson, Miller in 2007 and has grown to recruit for a variety of senior roles within both public and private higher-education institutions as well as nonprofit and advocacy organizations. She has a depth of experience with liberal arts institutions, especially in student affairs searches, and has had the privilege of assisting a number of these clients with multiple searches. Helping presidents fill out their cabinets has given Natalie unique opportunities to immerse herself within these institutions and to better assist in the fulfillment of their missions. Other positions Natalie has filled include academic public health leadership and zoo and aquarium leadership, including the CEO of Toledo Zoo, the zoo she grew up visiting. Earlier in her career, she was an events and facilities coordinator at Georgetown University. Like our firm, Natalie believes that higher education institutions and NGOs are major contributors to our nation and, therefore, need the best leaders. She appreciates the diversity of her clients as much as finding diverse leaders to fill roles.
