Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 1997, Sarah has recruited executives for a wide range of leadership roles across many sectors including higher education, healthcare and academic medicine, professional associations, and cultural institutions. She has recruited deans and other academic leaders for medical schools and universities across the country. In addition, her work in higher education includes placements of senior leaders in functional areas such as administration and finance, information technology, and human resources. Sarah’s prior experience in recruitment, management, and human resources consulting with several Boston-area academic medical centers and teaching hospitals helps to inform her deep understanding of the roles and human capital needs of healthcare organizations. Early in her career, she worked for one of the nation's leading recruitment advertising firms. With her relentless emphasis on high quality and constant improvement, Sarah has helped to guide the firm’s meticulous approach to client service.
