Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2005, John has conducted searches across multiple sectors, including higher education, healthcare, and arts and culture institutions. He specializes in searches in the advancement field, focusing on development and alumni relations positions. John brings deep knowledge of the advancement field to his role. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at MIT working in development research and assisting in strategic planning for fundraising initiatives. His work spanned an array of schools, departments, and programs, including the School of Engineering, Department of Athletics and Physical Education, and the Office of Student Life and Learning. He also worked closely with the vice president of resource development in her efforts to expand MIT's presence in Europe. John actively seeks out leaders who will have a transformational impact on the organizations they serve.
