Since 2014, Jeff has helped Isaacson, Miller higher education clients place academic leadership, including the State University of New York (SUNY) chancellor; presidents of Hamilton College, Dickinson College, and Western Kentucky University; and law school deans at Michigan State University, the University of California-Berkeley, and the University of Florida. He has also completed multiple searches for scholarly association leaders and public policy and government affairs positions at nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a leadership fellow at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where he developed organization transformation strategies for the human resources and engineering departments. He also spent time as the research, training, and evaluation manager at a small business economic development nonprofit that helped create jobs and generate wealth in lower income communities. A former board member at Hearth, an organization dedicated to ending elderly homelessness, and Nonprofit Enterprise at Work, Jeff currently volunteers his time with Casey Trees, a nonprofit working to protect trees in the nation's capital.
