Since Randi joined Isaacson, Miller in 2014, her searches have spanned a range of roles, including CEOs, CFOs, provosts, deans, and senior officers in functional areas such as information technology, technology transfer, research, and privacy and compliance. Notable placements include the CFO for Columbia College Chicago, president of the Cleveland Institute of Music, president of the Vermont Community Foundation, and dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at UMass Boston. Randi previously worked at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she supported more than 20 professional development institutes and workshops for K-12 and higher education, administrators, educators, and policymakers. Other experience includes working with the Rollins College Office of Foundation Relations, Brandeis University's office of admissions, and the U.S. House of Representatives. A member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, Randi assists high school students as they navigate the college application process in her spare time. Her passion for education and college access has led her to serve on the board of the Young Leadership Committee for Summer Search, an organization that partners with high schools, community-based organizations, and families to provide mentoring, experiential opportunities, and college support services for students from low-income backgrounds.
