Laura has experience in national nonprofit program management and an advanced degree in public health. Her searches—many of which are in academic healthcare, public health or nonprofit leadership—are fueled by a powerful combination of intellectual and functional expertise. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller in 2015, Laura worked at Share Our Strength, one of the nation's leading anti-hunger organizations. During her seven years there, she served as director of program innovation and associate director of program development and evaluation. She also spent time evaluating health education curricula for women's microfinance groups in Latin America and implementing school- and clinic-based health promotion programs and is an alumni of National Health Corps. Laura has earned a reputation for treating clients as well as potential candidates as if they were her own colleagues. She brings honesty, empathy, and perspective to every project.
