Allison joined Isaacson, Miller in 2015, and has performed civic engagement, music, arts and culture, public health, human services, and foundation searches. Her strength lies in defining and identifying emerging talent for new fields. Allison joined our firm after working as an international relations officer at the University of York in the United Kingdom, building international summer courses for students. Prior to her time abroad, she worked with former Seattle mayor Michael McGinn as a program manager, focusing on education, intergovernmental relations, and environmental issues. She also worked on McGinn's mayoral campaign and for his nonprofit. Allison is comfortable in conversational Spanish and tutors English-language learners at the Wellesley Public Library. She is also the chapter coordinator for MassBike and a Sustainable Wellesley volunteer.
