Marc brings to his practice over a decade of experience in the areas of international education exchange, career development coaching, and university student advising. Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2016, he has applied that knowledge to a range of leadership searches within the higher education and nonprofit sectors, with a particular specialty in recruiting for senior international officer, career services, student affairs, and academic affairs positions. Prior to joining our firm, Marc counseled graduate and undergraduate students at the School of International Service at American University on a variety of professional development topics and international career opportunities. He previously held positions at The George Washington University in fellowship, undergraduate research, and study abroad advising. These positions built upon his earlier work at the Institute of International Education, where he supported proposal operations across offices and coordinated professional exchange programs on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. As an advocate for fellowship and international career opportunities for young leaders, Marc previously served as a founding board member and chair of Young Professionals in International Education in DC and has presented at the Foreign Policy Association Global Career Boot Camps, the Global Access Pipeline annual conference, the Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program, and the National Association of Fellowship Advisors Annual Conference Career Center Speakers Series. He is also the recipient of an Institute for International Public Policy fellowship and a Fulbright International Education Administrators Award to Germany.
