Nicole joined Isaacson, Miller in 2015 as a search coordinator in our advancement practice. In this role, she provided administrative structure for a high volume of searches and acted as a liaison for clients, candidates, and the advancement team at large. She also supported clients in a variety of fields, including higher education, academic medicine, and arts and culture. With a deep understanding of logistical planning and search processes, she transitioned into an associate role in 2017. As an associate, Nicole continues to serve a diverse range of clients, including The Kresge Foundation, recruiting trustees to its board. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as an account executive with QuickPivot, a Boston-based database marketing agency. She is also proficient in Spanish and earned her tutor certification from the College Reading and Learning Association. Nicole's passion for the nonprofit sector translates to her personal volunteer interests, too. With her colleagues in the advancement practice, she volunteers with the Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program. She is also involved with the AVON Foundation, participating in, fundraising for, and volunteering with the AVON 39 Walk to End Breast Cancer.
