Kaden joined Isaacson, Miller in 2017 after serving as associate director for special events and programs at Wellesley College. He also spent time as assistant director of The Wellesley Fund, significantly contributing to a near tripling of alumnae giving from 2015 to 2016. Prior to his work at Wellesley, Kaden was program coordinator for the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Office for Evaluation and Program Excellence, playing an important role in an initiative to measure program effectiveness and use data analytics to inform decision making. His personal experience as a student-athlete gives him a deep understanding of the importance of collegiate athletics and has led him to develop educational initiatives focused on leadership development and inclusion in athletics. Kaden remains active with his alma mater as a Wellesley Fund Assistant Representative. He also serves as co-chair of Fenway Health's Young Leaders Council, an initiative aimed at empowering emerging LGBTQ leaders and allies to shape their community's future.
