UCLA Anderson School of Management appointed Guillermina Molina to serve as the senior associate dean, external affairs. In this newly configured role leading both fundraising and alumni engagement efforts, Molina partners closely with Dean Antonio Bernardo to design and implement external affairs strategies and programs that will maximize personal engagement and produce increasing levels of philanthropic support for UCLA Anderson.

Molina joins UCLA Anderson from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), having held progressively senior roles, culminating in her tenure as assistant dean, external relations. In this position, Molina led the annual fund, alumni relations, stewardship, donor relations, and corporate and foundation relations for Marshall. Molina first joined USC Marshall in 2002 as director of undergraduate programs, a role she held for over a decade, and in which she expanded the breadth of domestic and international co-curricular program offerings to over 4,000 business students. In 2013, as USC embarked on its multi-billion-dollar campaign, Molina transitioned to the external relations team in the role of director of development and parent engagement, and later as senior director of annual giving and alumni relations. Molina began her career as a management consultant at Accenture, serving clients such as the United States Postal Service, and later as a senior consultant at The Bulldog Group where she facilitated the implementation of digital content management software to clients such as Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Molina earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in communication studies and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master of arts in communication management from the University of Southern California.
