Senior Vice President for Administration, Finance, and Strategic Planning Boston, MA

Boston College High School (“BC High”) seeks a bold and innovative leader to serve as its new Senior Vice President for Administration, Finance and Strategic Planning (SVP). The SVP will work collaboratively with the President, Board of Trustees and the President’s senior leadership team to advance the mission of the school and to ensure the success of BC High students now and in the future.

BC High is a Jesuit, Catholic day school for boys in grades seven through twelve, located on a 40-acre campus in Boston, Massachusetts. BC High has a current enrollment of nearly 1,500 students. As a premier secondary school for young men, BC High sends 98% of its graduates on to college and 93% of seniors are accepted to those colleges and universities classified by Barron’s as most or highly competitive. Many of the area’s top religious, business, educational, legal, political, and medical professionals studied at BC High.

Reporting to the President, the SVP will serve as a member of the President’s senior leadership team. The SVP will lead strategic planning and oversee the key administrative and financial functions of the school. The SVP will provide overall management direction for budget and finance, information technology, facilities, capital and master planning, asset protection and human resources. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of ten years of diversified strategic leadership experience, demonstrated business process improvement experience and a deep commitment to the mission of the school. The new SVP will model and foster a culture of integrity, accountability and transparency.
