Recruiting exceptional leaders for mission-driven organizations.

President Morristown, NJ

The Seeing Eye has named Glenn Hoagland as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2019.

For nearly 26 years, Hoagland has served as the President of the Mohonk Preserve in Gardiner, New York. Under Hoagland’s leadership, Mohonk Preserve has grown from an organization with a dozen employees, 16 volunteers and 5,400 acres to New York’s largest nonprofit nature preserve with over 60 employees, over 400 volunteers, and over 8,000 acres of protected lands.

Established in 1929, The Seeing Eye provides specially bred and trained dogs to guide people who are blind. Seeing Eye dog users experience greatly enhanced mobility and independence, allowing them to retain their active lifestyles despite blindness.

Greg Esposito led this search with Karen McPhedran.
