Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where he served as Vice President, Digital. He brings extensive leadership experience in building audience‑centered digital ecosystems across web, mobile, and video. At the Kennedy Center, he oversaw platforms generating more than $80 million in annual web revenue and increased conversion rates by 23%, leading a mobile‑first site redesign and enterprise‑wide CRM integration to strengthen engagement and streamline the patron journey. He also created Digital Stage, scaling video streams from 3 million to 120 million annually and securing external support to expand the institution’s digital storytelling.Earlier in his career, Cary led digital strategy for a portfolio of national media brands at Warner Bros. Discovery (Discovery Communications), where his teams delivered award‑winning products and content recognized with Webby Awards, advanced data‑driven optimization practices, and built durable audience growth across platforms.
