University of Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, Vice President and Managing Group Leader for Wisconsin Medicine

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alli Ingman as the vice president and managing group leader for Wisconsin Medicine, effective August 18, 2025. As the chief fundraiser and strategist for all medical advancement, Ingman will lead philanthropic efforts across Wisconsin Medicine—an integrated partnership between the University of Wisconsin (UW) School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) and UW Health, the university’s affiliated health system. Ingman will serve as a key member of the WFAA executive management team and partner closely with the CEO of UW Health and the Dean of SMPH.

Ingman has more than 19 years of experience in higher education fundraising and joins WFAA from the University of Iowa Center of Advancement, where she has advanced in progressively responsible roles throughout her 11-year tenure. In her current role as associate vice president of health sciences development, Ingman leads a team of 22, focusing primarily on the clinical enterprise and patient/family philanthropy. Her team is responsible for raising more than one-third of annual fundraising productivity on behalf of UI Health Care and Stead Family Children's Hospital. Ingman contributed to the University of Iowa’s most recent $1.9 billion campaign, for which UI Health Care raised $794 million. In the current Together, Hawkeyes campaign, UI Health Care has a $1.1 billion goal and is at more than 75% attainment toward that goal.

Ingman earned a bachelor of arts degree from University of South Florida and a master of public policy from University of Northern Iowa.
