Vermont State University, President and Vice Chancellor

Following a national search, the Vermont State Colleges System (VSC) Board of Trustees has appointed Dr. Sherry Kollmann as system vice chancellor and president of Vermont State University (VTSU). Dr. Kollmann will assume her role in July.

Dr. Kollmann is a seasoned higher education leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning academic administration, business, and public service. She currently serves as chancellor of New Mexico State University Global Campus, where she has led a period of significant growth and innovation. Prior to her current role, she held senior leadership positions at Southern New Hampshire University, where she served as senior associate dean of business programs, and at New England College as vice president of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
