He has partnered with a variety of notable institutions, including Yale School of Medicine, the University of California-San Francisco, Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine, among many others. Prior to joining IM, Jay spent 12 years at a leading healthcare executive search firm where he was a founding member of the Department of Academic Medicine, and Regional Vice President overseeing the Academic Leadership Search Practice. Jay was a member of the Continuous Improvement and Innovation Committee and served as his division’s Ethics Champion and as his department’s Training Coordinator.
