Micah Pierce Named Partner

Isaacson, Miller (IM) is pleased to announce the promotion of new partner Micah Pierce, who exemplifies the high caliber of talent that is cultivated within the firm. IM proudly recognizes Micah for his significant accomplishments, outstanding client service, and commitment to serving mission-driven institutions.

Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2015, Micah’s work has primarily been within the firm’s higher education practice. He has served a wide range of universities and colleges in searches for their academic and administrative leaders. Micah’s recent searches include the recruitment of deans, provosts, and presidents at institutions such as Indiana University, Washington University in St. Louis, University of Maryland, Union College, Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of New Hampshire. Through his broad experience with searches in higher education, Micah has built trusted relationships with a deep network of leaders across the field.

Prior to joining IM, Micah conducted internal audit and quality control work for an international asset management firm and worked at a career-development startup.

Micah holds a BA in history from Wheaton College and an MBA from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
