Nicole Poe

Nicole joined Isaacson, Miller’s advancement practice in 2015 as a search coordinator. In this role, she provided administrative structure for a high volume of searches and acted as a liaison for clients, candidates, and the advancement team at large. With a deep understanding of logistical planning and search processes, Nicole transitioned into the recruiting role in 2017.

As a managing associate, Nicole serves a diverse range of clients including Bowling Green State University, Quinnipiac University, the University of Chicago, United Way of Greater Atlanta, and Washington University in St. Louis. Over the course of her tenure, she has also partnered closely with The Kresge Foundation to recruit new members to the Board of Trustees. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as an account executive at QuickPivot, a Boston-based database marketing agency.

Nicole’s passion for the nonprofit sector also translates to her personal volunteer work with the AVON Foundation, Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, and Massachusetts General Hospital. She is also a class agent for her alma mater, Stonehill College.
