The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) seeks a visionary, collaborative, and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the next Dean of the Cameron School of Business (CSB). Reporting to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Dean serves as the school's chief academic and administrative officer, providing strategic leadership for its academic programs, faculty, staff, budget, operations, and external partnerships.

Located in the thriving coastal city of Wilmington, North Carolina, UNCW is nationally recognized for its commitment to student success, research excellence, and community engagement. Founded in 1947, the University has grown into a public doctoral institution within the University of North Carolina System and is widely recognized as North Carolina's coastal university.

The Cameron School of Business is one of UNCW's five academic colleges and is accredited by AACSB International, a distinction achieved by fewer than six percent of business schools worldwide. Serving approximately 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students, the school is home to approximately 140 faculty and staff members across five academic departments. Through a robust portfolio of undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs, CSB prepares students for meaningful careers while producing impactful research that advances business knowledge and practice.
