The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (Pitt) and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) seek an accomplished and collaborative leader to serve as the Chair of the Department of Radiology. A global leader in imaging science and clinical care, the Department of Radiology comprises nearly 200 dedicated clinical and research faculty and performs nearly two million procedures annually. The Department also boasts a nationally recognized research program, ranked 11th among diagnostic radiology departments with over $16 million in NIH funding. Its educational mission has a rich tradition and continues to evolve to meet emerging needs, offering learners diverse opportunities in diagnostic and interventional radiology.
