Chief Schools Officer KIPP Columbus | Columbus, Ohio KIPP Columbus hired Carrie Jolley, as the inaugural Chief Schools Officer. She will begin her tenure on June 2, 2025. Jolley brings over twenty years of experience in education, including more than a decade with the KIPP organization, where she served as a teacher, principal and head of schools at KIPP Philadelphia and KIPP New Jersey. Jolley currently serves as School Acceleration Partner with Jounce Partners, LLC. A seasoned principal and teacher coach, Jolley works with school networks in Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Louisiana, and Ohio to support impactful and sustainable teaching and learning systems. Jolley is a Teach for America alum. She holds a Master’s in Education, Professional Development from Seton Hall University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with BAs in Political Science and Gender Studies from the University of Southern California.Amy Segal led this search with Berlinda Mojica.
