Deputy Chief Information Officer of Applications MIT Lincoln Laboratory | Lexington, Massachusetts We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Hennemann as Deputy Chief Information Officer for Applications, Digital Solutions Department at MIT Lincoln Laboratories, effective August 25, 2026.Tracey brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise modernization, application and data platforms, AI strategy, and large-scale cloud migrations in complex, mission-driven environments. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Application and Data Services at American University, where she acted as deputy to the Chief Information Officer and led the project management office, enterprise systems, product management, and data and analytics functions. Her prior experience includes senior technology and consulting leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group and Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at A.T. Rose Consulting, where she led the delivery of enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and data and analytics initiatives across higher education, government, and industry sectors.In her new role, Tracey will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise applications portfolio for Digital Solutions. She will guide the modernization of legacy systems, advance cloud and platform adoption, and enhance digital experiences for stakeholders across the organization. In addition, she will strengthen partnerships with institutional leaders to ensure technology investments align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
