Executive Director Pro Bono Partnership | White Plains, New York The Pro Bono Partnership (the Partnership) Board of Directors announced the appointment of Ann Shalof as the organization’s next Executive Director effective September 14. Ann joins the Partnership as the fourth Executive Director in its 29-year history. Most recently, Ann was CEO of Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, Inc. (NCS), a New York City-based nonprofit providing supportive housing and other services to homeless individuals, young adults aging out of foster care, and homeless college students.During her 10 years at NCS, Ann strengthened the organization’s financial position, operations, and programming. She secured new partnerships and strengthened existing relationships to grow the organization and expand its budget and services to address the growing crisis of homelessness.Ann is an attorney who began her career practicing corporate law in New York City. She subsequently served as CEO of Allerton Press, an international publishing company, before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she earned her J.D. magna cum laude.Tim McFeeley led the search.
