Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Stevens Institute of Technology | Hoboken, New Jersey Stevens Institute of Technology has selected Michael Parente as Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO).A two-time Stevens alumnus, Parente has dedicated more than two decades to advancing technology strategy, infrastructure and digital transformation at Stevens. Since 2024, he has served as Interim Vice President and CIO, leading key initiatives in IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, research computing and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.In his new role, Parente will continue to guide the university’s technology strategy and operations, ensuring our systems and services support Stevens’ mission of excellence in education, research and innovation.Dan Rodas led the search with Robin Dougherty and Nicole Sancilio.
