As a seasoned advancement leader with a decade of experience in academic philanthropy and over 25 years in fundraising, her career is defined by strategic growth, collaborative leadership, and a deep commitment to mission-driven institutions. Green has led teams through multiple comprehensive and capital campaigns, delivering results by fostering positive cultures, developing innovative programs, and shaping long-term philanthropic partnerships that elevate institutional priorities.Green’s expertise spans organizational development, campaign design, and integrated advancement strategy. She translates bold institutional visions into compelling cases for support, mentors and empowers high-performing teams, and builds trust with faculty, academic leaders, alumni, and donors. She is motivated by the belief that transformative philanthropy not only fuels innovation but also strengthens communities and expands access to opportunity.Before joining UC Berkeley, Green led the Health Academic Advancement Team at the University of Utah, partnering with deans, hospital leadership, and physicians to strengthen philanthropic investment across the health colleges and health system.
