Vice President for Communications and Marketing The University of Texas at Dallas | Richardson, Texas The University of Texas at Dallas appointed Jennifer Hollingshead as the vice president for communications and marketing, effective September 1, 2026.Hollingshead has more than 25 years of experience leading marketing and communications efforts at major public research universities. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at The University of Oklahoma and oversaw a team responsible for elevating the institution’s visibility, strengthening brand alignment, and supporting enrollment priorities. Previously, she led senior marketing and communications roles at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and the University of Missouri System.Hollingshead has deep expertise in issues management, strategic messaging, academic health system communications, and reputation building during periods of significant change. She has led major perception research initiatives, guided institutions through sensitive and high‑profile moments, and developed brand platforms that resonate with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners.Hollingshead obtained a Bachelor’s of Journalism and a Bachelor’s of Sociology, both from the University of Missouri.
