As Managing Search Coordinator, she serves as the liaison for clients and candidates and manages logistics throughout the search process. During her time at IM, Alaine’s work has primarily focused on searches in the Arts and Culture, Higher Ed, and K-12 Education practice areas. Prior to joining the firm, Alaine served as a Marketing Assistant in the Center for Graduate and Adult Services at Hawaii Pacific University, where she planned open houses, information sessions, and new student orientations. Previously, she worked in the financial aid office at Salem State University. Alaine earned her master’s in communications from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Salem State College. Outside of Isaacson, Miller, Alaine volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.
