Alice Holland

Alice Holland, PhD, NP-C, joined Isaacson, Miller in 2022, bringing with her a career deeply rooted in the tripartite mission.

Before joining the firm, Alice served as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina Beaufort’s School of Nursing. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles as Director of Student Health Centers at Swarthmore College, Quinnipiac University, and Penn State Berks. In these roles, she led efforts to modernize care delivery by emphasizing holistic wellness, enhancing preventive care and education, and successfully guiding accreditation and re-accreditation processes. Alice began her career as a critical care nurse in a Level I trauma center and also served as a school nurse, experiences that continue to inform her work today.

A board-certified family nurse practitioner and scholar, Alice integrates clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, and academic insight into her professional endeavors. She currently serves as secretary for the South Carolina chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and is a board member of Zawadi Fund International. In this role, she collaborates with the Children and Youth Empowerment Centre in Kenya to develop sustainable, innovative programming.
