Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, she held senior leadership roles in admissions and enrollment management.Since joining Isaacson, Miller, Alycia has worked on a broad array of searches with a particular focus on enrollment management and presidential searches. She has worked on recent presidential searches at Hamilton College and Morehouse College. She has led and worked on enrollment leadership searches for institutions such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, University of Michigan, SUNY University at Buffalo, Rochester Institute of Technology, Old Dominion University, and Northwestern University.Alycia’s doctoral training in higher education administration informs her approach to leadership and her commitment to advancing access in higher education. Her passion for expanding opportunities inspired her to develop an LLC that supports first-generation students in navigating the college admissions process.Additionally, she serves as a mentor for first-generation college students through the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement, helping students navigate college, the graduate admissions process, and their careers.
