Amanda Leslie Senior Search Coordinator CONTACT Amanda Leslie Amanda Leslie joined Isaacson, Miller in 2026 and provides administrative support in the firm’s higher education and healthcare space. She primarily supports searches led by Amy Segal, contributing to complex, senior-level recruitments with a high degree of organization, discretion, and attention to detail. She brings deep experience from her work at Drexel University, where she partnered closely with external search firms, including Isaacson, Miller, on Vice Provost and Dean searches. In this capacity, she coordinated search committee processes, managed multi-day candidate visits, and facilitated stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, faculty, staff, and students. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda spent nearly a decade at Drexel University in progressively senior administrative roles within the Provost’s Office and College of Arts and Sciences. As Executive Administrator to the Provost, she managed executive-level operations, including complex scheduling, Board of Trustees coordination, and strategic initiatives aligned with the university’s long-term plan. Her earlier roles included overseeing operations for the Department of Biodiversity, Earth, and Environmental Science, including budgeting, faculty and student recruitment, and communications, as well as advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Amanda holds an MBA from Drexel University and a BA in History, with a minor in Anthropology, from The George Washington University. She is also actively engaged in her community, serving as a Minority Inspector at her local polling place and as Chair of her George Washington University alumni chapter in Philadelphia, where she leads programming and fosters alumni engagement.
