Benjamin Tobin

Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2011, Ben has worked on searches across multiple sectors. Representative clients include higher education institutions, foundations, and cultural organizations. Additionally, he has helped drive our firm's practice in recruiting for schools of art, architecture, and design, placing presidents, provosts, deans, and other academic and administrative leaders to institutions around the country.

Ben previously served as associate vice president and lead consultant at Brill Neumann, an executive search consulting firm focused on recruiting leaders in higher education, academic medical centers, and research institutes. His more than 15 years in recruitment, paired with his four years as an advisor and administrator for Boston College's study abroad programs, give him additional insight into academic and administrative searches in higher education.
