Berkley Braden

Managing Associate

Berkley joined Isaacson, Miller in 2019 and specializes in searches in our Higher Education and PreK-12 Education and Education Improvement practices, the latter of which she co-leads alongside Katie Rockman. She has supported successful leadership searches for a variety of institutions and organizations across the preK-16 spectrum. Recent independent school clients include: Hotchkiss, Loomis Chaffee, Marin Academy, Ransom Everglades, Roxbury Latin, Peddie, Punahou, Sage Hill, and Taft. Many of these are repeat clients.

Berkley brings prior professional experience in higher education—both domestic and international—and preK-12 education. Before joining IM, she served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Georgetown University, traveling to more than 20 U.S. states, India, and the Middle East in her recruitment efforts. She also led Georgetown’s network of 6,000+ domestic and international alumni interviewers, and continues this work on a volunteer basis as an Alumni Admissions Chair for the Boston Metro region and as a board member for the national group.

Earlier in her career, Berkley taught fifth grade with Teach for America in New York City, simultaneously earning a Master of Arts in Teaching. She also previously completed a year-long Fulbright Fellowship in Bogotá, Colombia through the U.S. Department of State, with an emphasis on English Language Learners.
