Carrie joined Isaacson, Miller’s Boston office in 2015 and brings extensive experience in talent identification and assessment. In her time at IM, she has led and worked on a broad array of Higher Education, PreK-12 + Education Improvement, Arts + Culture, and Conservation + Environment searches, with a particular focus on enrollment management. Partnering closely with her mission driven clients, she strategically assesses organizational structure; invites broad community input through inclusive listening sessions; implements a thoughtful, equitable search process; cultivates a diverse pool of candidates; and establishes authentic rapport with candidates. Select recent clients include Bank Street College of Education, City Year, Clark University, Edmund Burke School, Gettysburg College, JCC Greater Boston, Johns Hopkins University, Rhode Island School of Design, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rutgers University, The Taft School, The New School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Wave Hill.

Carrie began her education career as an admissions director at Lafayette College. Her recruiting experience also extends to the entertainment industry as a member of the agent trainee program at Paradigm. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Stern Center for Language and Learning (one of her former clients), and she also serves on The Wheeler’s School’s Leadership Council.
