He has worked on successful leadership searches for a variety of institutions and organizations, including Yale University, University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Northwestern University, Lincoln Center Theater, Enterprise Community Partners, the University of Missouri, McCarter Theatre Center, South Coast Repertory, Howard University, York College (CUNY), and the University of Iowa. Prior to joining the firm, David worked in residential life for 12 years at a variety of schools including St. John Fisher College, Syracuse University, Northeastern University, The New School, and Columbia University. David brings extensive experience in leadership of higher education residential programs, crisis management, supervision, residential curriculum, and student leadership advising. He has been a member of the Northeast Association of College and University Housing Officers (where he served as the association's president) and the Association of College and University Housing Officers - International.
