Dennisse Alamo is Isaacson, Miller’s inaugural People and Culture Business Partner, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Diversity, Professional Services, and Organizational Change. She joined the firm in 2025 to help align strategic firm-wide goals with inclusive, high-impact people strategies that build leadership capability, drive performance, and foster employee engagement and growth. She brings a strategic and empathetic lens to her work, collaborating closely with leaders and teams across the firm to cultivate a culture where individuals feel supported, heard, and equipped to thrive.

Before joining Isaacson, Miller, Dennisse held senior HR roles both in-house and in client-facing capacities across a variety of industries. She has advised senior and C-suite leaders, coached managers, and led initiatives that improved organizational performance, strengthened leadership pipelines, and supported change management.

Dennisse is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a B.S. in Business/Marketing from Fordham University.
