Grace Zakim

Grace joined Isaacson, Miller in January 2016 following an early career in fundraising. As a managing associate, she specializes in advancement and other external affairs searches across the civic sector. Grace has recruited vice presidential leaders for clients such as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Northwestern University, Houston Methodist Hospital Foundation, the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, and numerous nationally ranked small liberal arts colleges, including her alma mater, Kenyon College. In addition, Grace has worked on executive searches across government and community affairs, academic medicine, and operations for a variety of institutions.

Grace brings broad advancement knowledge to her work with clients and most recently specialized in major gifts and high-level volunteer management at Massachusetts General Hospital. 

She is a proud graduate of Kenyon College, where she earned her BA with highest honors in Latin American literature.
