Harley has experience fundraising for organizations across various fields including arts and culture, environment, and marine science. She also has experience working in public higher education financial aid administration.Harley holds a BA in History from the University of Connecticut and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Alumni Council for the Williams-Mystic Maritime Studies Program of Williams College and Mystic Seaport.Pronouns: she/her
