She manages the logistical aspects of searches led across Arts + Culture, Philanthropy, Social Justice + Advocacy, Conservation + Environment, Human + Social Services, and PreK-12 Education, as well as all searches led by Rebecca Swartz. Harley brings a background in nonprofit fundraising for organizations in arts and culture, environment, and marine science. She also has experience in public higher education financial aid administration. Harley holds a BA in History from the University of Connecticut and is a past co-chair of the Alumni Council for the Williams-Mystic Coastal and Ocean Studies Program.Pronouns: she/her
