Ivan Ceballos

Ivan Ceballos, PhD joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm Ivan served as a leader in higher education where he gained expertise in leading large teams with multiple stakeholders. He most recently served as the executive director of residential life at the University of Miami. Ivan brings experience in student affairs, housing and residential life, significant crisis management, supervision and talent development, and strategic planning. In addition, Ivan has proficiency in implementing outcomes-driven student success and inclusion initiatives, capital planning, and collaborating with academic and medical colleagues on strategic priorities.

Ivan enjoys being involved in mentoring programs for college students and entering professionals. He has served professional associations through leadership and intellectual engagement. Ivan serves as an adjunct faculty member at Florida International University and teaches graduate courses in higher education.
