Jasmine Miller

Jasmine Miller joined Isaacson, Miller in 2022 as a member of the firm’s healthcare practice. She has partnered with academic medical centers, cancer centers, and schools of public health, dentistry, and nursing to recruit leaders for clinical, research, and academic roles.

Her portfolio includes senior appointments in pediatrics, public health, dentistry, and nursing research, as well as chairs, chiefs, and division directors within clinical departments. Jasmine works closely with clients to understand their priorities and culture, translating those insights into strategic searches that yield exceptional talent. Known for her ability to navigate complex institutions and engage diverse stakeholders, she helps organizations identify leaders who advance both mission and impact.

Jasmine joined the firm from Penn Medicine, where she last served as Associate Director of Anesthesia Services. Earlier in her career, she held operations and client service roles at the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates and Penn Medicine, where she worked on cross-functional teams to streamline operations, strengthen client relationships, and champion staff development.
