Jenny Rubin

Senior Search Coordinator

Jenny Rubin joined Isaacson, Miller as a Search Coordinator in 2022.

Jenny brings to IM a breadth of experience across the nonprofit sector in communications, resource development, and program management. As a senior search coordinator, she provides administrative and logistical leadership to searches across higher education, education improvement, arts and culture, and human and social services. Jenny brings a relational approach to her work at Isaacson, Miller – developing strong connections with client teams and candidates alike – and brings a mission-centered mindset to the work.  

Prior to joining the firm, Jenny served as the Volunteer Program Manager at the Jewish Relief Agency, where she oversaw the coordination and logistics of organizing volunteers to pack and deliver nutritious food to low-income households across the Greater Philadelphia area. Previously, she worked at Fairmount Ventures, Inc. in Philadelphia, where she consulted with nonprofits in resource development and strategic planning, and the Community Harvest Project in Grafton, MA, where she supported communications and relationship development with community partners. 

Jenny is based in Philadelphia and serves on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens, a mosaicked art environment, gallery space, and community arts center. She earned her MA in Community Development & Planning with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, and her BA in International Development & Social Change with a specialization in Gender and Development from Clark University.
