Kaitlin’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the search process reflect a service-oriented approach that benefits clients and candidates alike.Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis while pursuing a PhD in German Language, Literature, and Culture. They are currently ABD. Kaitlin holds an MA in German from McGill University in Montreal and a BA in German from Wayne State University in Detroit.Their academic training and experience in higher education inform a thoughtful approach to search work and a deep respect for the missions of the institutions they serve.
