She has also led numerous searches in the foundation community for heads of private, family, and community philanthropies, as well as for trustees.For four decades, Karen has helped build and grow Isaacson, Miller by developing and expanding the firm’s practice areas and nurturing the next generation of accomplished, passionate recruiters. Today, as she anticipates retirement, Karen supports IM colleagues principally by participating in search strategy and targeted networking and through internal firm leadership.
