In her role, Katanya focuses on operations, logistics, and maintaining connections throughout the search process.Prior to IM, Katanya spent five years at DSG Global, where she supported executive search engagements across all organizational areas. Previous to search work, Katanya assisted the administration in a university setting and acquired her master’s degree in Higher Education. In addition to various support roles, she has led a classroom at both the college level and K-12 environments. Katanya is a certified Montessori teacher, and believes education is a life-long pursuit.
