Image Keight Tucker Kennedy Managing Partner CONTACT Keight Tucker Kennedy A member of Isaacson, Miller since 2014, Keight brings diverse experience in non-profit and higher education organizations to her practice. Internally, she places a high value on firm citizenship and mentoring others. Keight is a Managing Partner, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and past chair of the Associate Promotions Committee. She has worked on more than two dozen presidential searches, including Spelman College, Duke University, Union College, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Hunter College, and Mount Holyoke College. She’s also led CEO searches for education-focused nonprofits including The Commission (formerly SACSCOC), Associated Colleges of the South, and the National Center for Learning Disabilities. Additionally, she has played a key role on several senior leadership searches at UMBC, Harvard, Temple, Duke, American University, Dartmouth, MIT, and CUNY.As a search consultant, Keight has worked with minority-serving institutions, urban public universities, women's colleges, and K-12 education and advocacy organizations. Her record of repeat work with a variety of leading institutions is reflective of her skill in identifying an organization's core challenges and finding the candidate to help solve them. Her clients also appreciate her ability to view searches through the lens of strategic change, a skill she learned managing strategy and organization development projects for federal agencies. Keight is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations through her work as a search consultant and knows the importance of strong leadership in strengthening civil society. Additionally, Keight is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Keight also serves on the board of the National Center for Learning Disabilities, and in 2023, she was appointed by Governor Wes Moore to the State of Maryland’s Interagency Council for Infants and Toddlers.Keight holds a BA from Emory University, an MA from Indiana University, and an EdD from the George Washington University.
