Kelly primarily focuses on higher education leadership searches, previously serving Boston University, Georgetown University, the University of Michigan, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, William & Mary, and others in their searches for senior leaders. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked at the University of Pennsylvania as the Director of the Carey JD/MBA Program. Previously, Kelly also served on the admissions committees at the Wharton School and Harvard Law School, and as a management consultant with Deloitte and Accenture. She continues to teach business communication at the Wharton School.
