Lindsay has been with Isaacson, Miller for over a decade and recruits leaders to higher education and nonprofit organizations. She has supported nearly 200 searches across the academic enterprise, including for presidents, provosts, vice presidents, and deans, with particular expertise in finance, facilities, student affairs, enrollment management, and other administrative roles. Clients include regional comprehensive institutions, liberal arts institutions, national research universities, and leading nonprofit organizations. 

Lindsay has developed a reputation for her high-touch and transparent approach in supporting clients and candidates in the search process. She previously served on Isaacson, Miller’s Craft Quality and Development Committee, where she facilitated search innovations to meet clients’ evolving needs. She is also a frequent panelist at National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conferences.

Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Lindsay held positions in admissions and student services at the University of San Francisco, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Lindsay holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego and a MSEd in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. 

She is deeply interested in how transformational leadership impacts an organization and creates a ripple effect throughout its greater community.
