She works closely with partners Ernest Brooks and Tim McFeeley, co-leaders of the firm's Social Justice + Advocacy Practice. Drawing on nearly two decades of professional experience, Lisa helps manage the many moving parts of complex searches, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience for clients and candidates alike.Before joining the firm, Lisa built her career in higher education and organizational operations. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Athletics Annual Giving and Engagement at Lehigh University, where she worked closely with alumni, donors, and campus partners to advance strategic initiatives and strengthen engagement. She also held administrative roles at Lafayette College and Bucknell University, developing expertise in project management, relationship building, and operational support.Lisa began her career in education, teaching in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
