Liz Braun Senior Associate CONTACT Liz Braun Location Philadelphia, PAUSA Education BA, University of Mary Washington MA, Boston University PhD, University of Massachusetts Amherst Liz Braun, PhD joined Isaacson Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022 with over 25 years in education administration. Prior to joining the firm Liz served as the inaugural Director of Development and Community Partnerships at The Grayson School. Preceding this role Liz served as Dean of Students at Swarthmore College and Dean of Students at Mount Holyoke College. She also held roles in residential life at Mount Holyoke College and Bowdoin College. In each of these roles Liz has focused on strategic planning and implementation; change management with a focus on preserving core mission and values while also embracing innovation and possibility; and cultivating diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environments. Her training as a cultural anthropologist and as a certified executive coach inform her approach to understanding organizational cultures and supporting leaders in their ongoing development and effectiveness.
